Debby Carreau MBA,CHRP  

CEO and Founder

For the past 20 years, Debby has been helping teams deliver superior business results by making strategic decisions about human capital. In any industry you can't beat real-world experience, and that's what makes Debby a premier Human Capital consultant in a multitude of business sectors. She uses her experience as a senior leader in operations and Human Resource Management to provide pragmatic advice on attracting and retaining top talent, and developing programs and systems to get the most out of your team. 

Debby has designed and delivered conferences and development sessions in Canada, Mexico and the U.S emphasizing hands on learning and using the collective experiences of participants. She has led numerous sessions facilitating problem solving and strategic planning for a variety of organizations. Debby’s educational background brings a wealth of Business management and Human Resources understanding. In addition to an MBA (Masters in Business Administration with a focus on leadership and strategy), Debby holds her professional designation in Human Resources and a Graduate diploma in Business Administration. She also holds Executive Finance and Strategic Human Resources certificates from Queen’s School of Business. Her undergraduate studies included Business Administration, Economics and Sociology. Her strong operations background in high volume and high growth environments means that she understands what it takes to be successful in a wide range of organizations. Debby is a member of the Young Presidents Organization and serves on the Executive of Women's International Network (WIN). She currently resides in Calgary Alberta with her husband and two children

Gail Bonke

Human Resources Consultant

Gail has 14 years experience in various departments under the umbrella of Human Resources.  She has a Certificate in Adult Learning and Certificate in Human Resources specializing in Workplace Learning from the University of Calgary along with a Diploma in Commercial Cooking from Northern Alberta Institute of Technology. Most of Gail's experience is in the Retail Sector. During that time she spent several years developing and facilitating training and development courses in both soft and technical skills.  Prior to her career in Human Resources, Gail worked for six years in the hospitality industry as a chef.  She uses her combined experiences in Hospitality and Human Resources to create learning materials that engage the active, and busy adult learner.

Jennifer Landels BA

Human Resources Consultant

Jennifer has over 10 years experience in Human Resources. Her experience includes supervising a Benefits department that was responsible for administering benefits and pension to over 25,000 employees. For the past five years, she was responsible for Business Process Analysis and Redesign within the Human Resources department of a large municipal government. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Victoria.

Kate Ashton CHRP

Human Resources Consultant

Kate has over 10 years experience as a Human Resources Generalist.  She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Calgary, along with her CHRP designation. Kate has spent the majority of her career in the Luxury Retail industry. Prior to her career in HR she has almost 10 years of experience in the Customer Service industry. During her professional HR career she has specialized in Learning & Development, Recruitment & Retention, and Leadership Skills.  

Shawn Hill BA

Human Resources Consultant

Shawn has over 12 years experience in Customer Service with most recent years in Restaurant and Spa Management. His Passion for Hospitality and Fine Dining bring a unique eye to the table. He graduated in 2005 from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Arts in Leisure, Tourism and Society.

Jamie Yiu BBA

Human Resources Coordinator

Jamie has over 8 years experience in Customer Service. His expertise is the Retail sector where he has been a Visual Merchandiser for over 5 years. Through his experiences in Retail, Jamie has developed a passion for Recruitment and Selection where he thrives on creating a team that would be a perfect fit for the employer. He graduated in 2011 from Mount Royal University with a Bachelors of Business Administration majoring in Human Resources.
