Debby Carreau, CEO and Founder
“When I started Inspired HR in 2007 it was all about taking a fresh approach to human resources. Through my years as a business owner and as a vice president of human resources in large corporations, I knew that people issues were often what kept leaders up at night and yet most organizations don’t do a great job of managing their HR programs and practices. My unwavering belief is people are the key differentiator in business performance and in order to perform they must be engaged and productive. Over the years HR has gotten a bad rap for being inefficient, expensive and all too often ineffective. We have taken a different approach by focusing on driving business performance through supporting the business, not getting in the way.” –Debby
