Kate makes it all look easy. She has had 15 years’ experience developing her expertise and really has “seen it all”. She has the skills to cut through the clutter and offer superior consultation and support to clients on issues related to Employee Relations & Workplace Investigations, Employment Law, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Compensation and Employment Branding. Outside of work, Kate enjoys skiing in the winter and camping (ok, “glamping”) in the summer.

Kari is a self-confessed HR nerd. Understanding people became her skill early on, as she grew up moving around the country many times with her family. After studying HR in business school, and then years as a senior operational leader, she’s now loving her work helping clients get their ‘people’ stuff in order. Kari has worked for all kinds of companies, big and small, and establishes trust quickly by coaching. In her free time, she volunteers as a proud band mom and Lean In Circle leader.

After years of working in large government organizations, Jennifer is really enjoying working with smaller companies where she is able to truly get to know the people. Jessie is Human Resources Services Coordinator who brings energy, experience, and knowledge to every client she works with. Jessie has held various positions in HR with a strong focus on talent acquisition, onboarding, talent development, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and organizational management. Having earned her Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a concentration in Human Resources and Organizational Behaviour, her goal was and still is to assist her clients in developing and implementing strategies to support a positive and productive workplace. In her free time, Jessie enjoys keeping active on the spin bike or golf course, and relaxing with her friends, family, and fur-child, Boots the cat.
Lena is a seasoned Human Resources professional with wide ranging experience in employee and labour relations, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, corporate learning, HRIS systems, and payroll. She has held several progressive roles, working in various industries such as retail, hospitality, communications and most recently in an executive role in financial services. She channels strategic and customer focused solutions to enhance profitability through targeted approaches. Lena is a quick thinker who assesses a situation, determines a plan of action, and implements effective solutions. Lena lives in the Calgary area with her husband and three children.
Sarah combines her expertise in HR, employee relations, and change management to help make workplaces better for employees and clients alike. Sarah has a background in redesigning HR processes and procedures and has helped develop HR shared service centre models for large, multinational organizations. Over the course of her career, Sarah has been able to build rapport with business leaders in a variety of environments thanks to her passion for HR and helping people. Sarah has a Bachelors in Psychology, is a Certified Professional in Human Resources and a recipient of the Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys kickboxing, spending time with her family and friends, and enjoying the great outdoors!
Leanne is a highly skilled, reputable, senior consultant with over 15 years’ of experience ranging from People and Culture Leadership, Project Management, Strategy Development, and Performance Coaching. Her acute ability to navigate leadership teams through complex issues and exceptional skill to lead key programs makes her an asset to any organization. Leanne has the vision and ability to see possibilities where others see the impossible, always with an eye for mitigating any risk along the way.
