Kate makes it all look easy. She has had 15 years’ experience developing her expertise and really has “seen it all”. She has the skills to cut through the clutter and offer superior consultation and support to clients on issues related to Employee Relations & Workplace Investigations, Employment Law, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Compensation and Employment Branding. She will work tirelessly as a strategic partner with business leaders, advising best practices for optimizing the workplace experience and becoming an employer of choice. Outside of work, Kate enjoys skiing in the winter and camping (ok, “glamping”) in the summer.

After years of working in large government organizations, Jennifer is really enjoying working with smaller companies where she is able to truly get to know the people. Jessie is Human Resources Services Coordinator who brings energy, experience, and knowledge to every client she works with. Jessie has held various positions in HR with a strong focus on talent acquisition, onboarding, talent development, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and organizational management. Having earned her Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a concentration in Human Resources and Organizational Behaviour, her goal was and still is to assist her clients in developing and implementing strategies to support a positive and productive workplace. In her free time, Jessie enjoys keeping active on the spin bike or golf course, and relaxing with her friends, family, and fur-child, Boots the cat.
Leanne is a highly skilled, reputable, senior consultant with over 15 years’ of experience ranging from People and Culture Leadership, Project Management, Strategy Development, and Performance Coaching. Her acute ability to navigate leadership teams through complex issues and exceptional skill to lead key programs makes her an asset to any organization. Leanne has the vision and ability to see possibilities where others see the impossible, always with an eye for mitigating any risk along the way. Her natural interpersonal skills and creativity coupled with a well-organized, effective, and efficient approach to any project is her win-win combination. Outside of work, Leanne keeps busy chasing after her three children and new puppy.
Lindsay has worked in Human Resources in the luxury hotel industry for the past 12 years and most recently, in a senior leadership role directly supporting the strategic initiatives of the organization and everything “people”. She is passionate about creating positive employee experiences and has a broad scope of services to include employee relations, talent management, learning & development, compensation, workplace investigations, recruitment & retention and organizational development. Lindsay’s drive for delivering high quality service and strong interpersonal skills make her a great business partner for her client’s HR needs. In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys a variety of outdoor activities with her family.
As an HR Consultant, Dana has a versatile background in Human Resources in both large and small organizations. Trevor brings a breadth of experience in the Human Resources realm to each client he serves. His experience in the recruitment process focusses on ensuring quality hires are aligned with the organization’s competencies and values. His natural curiosity and interest allows him to acquire a deeper understanding of workplace dynamics and business strategies, which in turn leads to more successful candidate recruitment. Having graduated with an Honours Bachelors’ Degree in Management and Organizational Studies, Trevor has a passion for integrating various philosophies of human resources and human capital management into his work.
