Kate makes it all look easy. She has had 15 years’ experience developing her expertise and really has “seen it all”. Lindsay has worked in Human Resources in the luxury hotel industry for the past 12 years and most recently, in a senior leadership role directly supporting the strategic initiatives of the organization and everything “people”. Having earned her Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a concentration in Human Resources and Organizational Behaviour, her goal was and still is to assist her clients in developing and implementing strategies to support a positive and productive workplace.
