Nadine’s experience spans over 25 years with a diverse background in hospitality, business management, HR consulting, sales, marketing and leadership. Nadine believes that the cornerstone to organizational success, regardless of what industry, is always the people. She is highly skilled at identifying and implementing strategic and effective initiatives such as employee engagement, recruitment and retention, management training and development, and performance management. In her time away from her consulting work, Nadine is a Reiki Master Teacher, conducting energy & sound healing sessions as well as teaching all levels of Reiki.
