We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Manager to join our growing team. If you are organized, proactive, and passionate about property management, this role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Leasing & Property Management
- Manage tenant and owner relationships with professionalism and efficiency
- Coordinate property showings, qualify potential tenants, and oversee lease agreements
- Handle move-in and move-out inspections and security deposit refunds, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Address maintenance requests, assign contractors, and collect quotes as needed
- Conduct property inspections, including periodic and vacant unit checks
- Ensure all required utilities are set up for vacant properties and oversee payment transitions between tenants
Administrative Duties
- Process rental applications, including employment verification, landlord references, and credit checks
- Manage lease renewals, rental market comparisons, and negotiation processes
- Send notices related to non-renewals, rent collection, and other notices to tenants
- Oversee key management and access for vendors, appraisers, and maintenance personnel
- Maintain accurate tenant and owner records
On-Call & Emergency Response
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
- Provide in-person access for critical maintenance and emergency services when required

Requirements
- Property Management License with RECA (must be active and in good standing)
- Experience with using Propertyware Property Management Software is a bonus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to engage with owners, tenants, and vendors
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenges professionally
- Working vehicle for property visits and on-site responsibilities
- Computer proficiency with email, Google Drive, and other technologies
- Willingness to adapt, learn, and grow within the division
