We're expanding our manufacturing team to support several exciting commercial projects, including work related to a major new event centre development.
We're seeking experienced Journeyman Cabinetmakers who take pride in producing exceptional custom architectural millwork and enjoy working in a fast-paced, quality-focused manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
As a Journeyman Cabinetmaker, you will:
- Manufacture high-quality custom architectural millwork
- Read and interpret detailed shop drawings and specifications
- Prepare layouts and cutting lists
- Calculate material requirements
- Operate woodworking machinery safely and efficiently
- Ensure projects meet quality, productivity and deadline expectations
- Troubleshoot manufacturing challenges
- Mentor apprentice cabinetmakers
- Contribute to Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain a safe, organized workspace

Requirements
- Journeyman Cabinetmaker Certificate or equivalent experience
- 5–10+ years of cabinetmaking experience
- Strong experience manufacturing custom architectural millwork
- Excellent blueprint and shop drawing interpretation
- Experience with commercial millwork manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery, materials and hardware
- Ability to work independently while supporting the wider team
- Commitment to quality craftsmanship and continuous improvement
