What You’ll Do
- Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with automotive dealership clients throughout Pierce and/or King County.
- Prospect for new business through strategic outreach, cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person dealership visits.
- Present Wagonmaster’s preventative-maintenance products, programs, training, and business solutions to dealership decision-makers.
- Conduct hands-on product demonstrations and deliver engaging business presentations.
- Train dealership service, sales, and fixed-operations teams on product knowledge, program implementation, and customer-value communication.
- Help clients develop and implement profitable customer-retention and preventative-maintenance programs.
- Identify dealership needs, uncover growth opportunities, and provide practical, consultative recommendations.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline, manage territory activity, and consistently work toward revenue and customer-growth targets.
- Represent Wagonmaster Group with professionalism, integrity, accountability, and a strong commitment to customer service.
- Stay current on dealership operations, industry trends, and the evolving needs of automotive service departments.
What We Offer

- Ongoing professional sales training and development.
- A collaborative culture that recognizes performance, individual growth, initiative, and creativity.
- The freedom to bring forward innovative, outside-the-box business-development strategies.
- A protected territory with exclusive products, programs, and customer-growth solutions.
- Base salary plus an uncapped, performance-based commission and bonus plan.
- Vehicle allowance, mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits.
- Estimated first-year earnings of $70,000–$90,000, with opportunity to exceed this range based on relevant industry experience, established dealership relationships, qualifications, and performance.
- Strong long-term earning potential as your territory and client base mature.
The compensation range listed reflects a good-faith estimate in accordance with Washington State pay-transparency requirements. Final compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate’s experience, qualifications, industry relationships, and demonstrated performance potential.

We are looking for a sales professional who combines drive with credibility and understands that sustainable results come from earning trust over time.
- Proven experience in B2B outside sales, business development, account management, or consultative selling.
- A strong track record of prospecting, developing new business, and managing customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
