Warehouse Associate
About The Position
Position Overview:
This role is responsible for shipping and receiving duties, order picking, produce storage and organization, rotation, selection and other related warehouse tasks. The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in ensuring that our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents against provided paperwork.
- Conduct quality/temperature checks on incoming and outgoing products.
- Loading, unloading, sorting, and stocking products in an organized and timely manner.
- Accurately pack, prepare and stage orders for shipping using a printed picking slip.
- Work individually and with other team members to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift items of up to 50 pounds in weight and stand for long periods of time.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is highly preferred.
- Experience operating a forklift, rider pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment is highly preferred.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
